Makes for FEBRUARY

Okay it seems like it's been a while since I last shared my craft,
sooo, I have just a few pics to show...

A little wall hanger from my 'For You" range...

You may remember these from a previous post, I expanded on my thought of a pin cushion and made one into this...

They're great!  The base is actually a ceramic tile which gives it the weight to make it sit.  I've covered it in a few layers of wadding for padding.  And the bin is a plastic drink bottle with the top cut off, this enables it to be removed to empty.  Plus there's a pocket on the front for all those little extras like scissors.
I managed to sell a couple of these so thought I'd better replace them...
 YEAH! for the stash!!
Used up the last of my 'Butterfly Garden Range' fabric as I attempted some freehand stippling for the first time (a bit scary, however by the time I was finished I felt I was just getting in to it!)  Cute little cushion.
And lastly another bag, this one is for mum, whom seemed very happy getting.  Consists round base, magnetic clasp, zippered pocket and a mobile pocket.

Wow, must say I haven't really felt that busy, but when you put it all in one blog looks like alot.  Plus, currently working on a family (my mum, my sister and me effort) lap quilt for my Nana G, who turns 90 next month, unfortunately she's unlikely to be able to really acknowledge it as her health is failing.
It's been rewarding for us to be able to make something together for her though, and in some way it's probably more for us than her.  Hopefully will have pics next time as I've just completed 90 prairie points for the edge.

Love Lynnelle

You have been REALLY busy! Wow! Love that little wallhanging, so very sweet, the pincushion/threadcatcher is brilliant...love the cushion, and that lovely purse! Wow, 90 prairie points, that's amazing - and how wonderful that you're all working together on it. That's what memories are made of.

Hi Lynelle, I have popped over from the craft forum to visit you. Your stitcheries are lovely. I have been intending to make one of those pincushion/thread catchers for ages, but life keeps getting in the way. Hope to "chat" with you on the forum, Hugs from Sandy. :)
